Lia Carta began her business in October 2005, when she was 20 years. She debuted as a sales director in November 2006- almost one year after joining the company. She set a record in her national area at that time debuting as the YOUNGEST sales director in her national area at just 21 years old.

Their area name is the "I'm Possible" area after the Audrey Hepburn quote, "Nothing is impossible. The word itself says I'm Possible!" Lia’s is most thankful for the opportunity to retire her husband Cody from corporate America when he was 26 years old. They started their family, and three years ago Cody started his entrepreneurial journey and has opened two award winning restaurants in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Lia has three children and they are a homeschooling family with the hopes of taking school on the road in the next few years. Lincoln is 5, Kennedy is 2, and Reagan is 9 months old.
